About our panel

Richenda Vermeulen

Richenda is the Founder and CEO of ntegrity, a full-service agency that works with Australia’s leading not-for-profits.

She is a pioneer of transformational revenue growth within charities and strongly believes this growth will save more lives and create faster progress on equality and justice. Before starting ntegrity, Richenda worked in the NFP sector for 10+ years; from frontline social work to launching social media marketing at World Vision Australia and World Vision USA.

Richenda has been recognised as an ‘Industry Leader of the Year’ at the Mumbrella Awards, named one of Australia's 'Top Entrepreneurs to Watch' by Smart Company, and named one of the 25 most influential people in the NFP sector by Probono News.

She's a passionate donor, proud mother of two young kids, and an Ambassador for International Justice Mission in their work to end the online sexual exploitation of children.

Richenda is also an Advisory Board Member of Portable.

Chris Povey

Chris has worked for over 20 years with and for communities facing significant human rights issues including people experiencing or at risk of homelessness and mental health issues. During his time as CEO, Justice Connect launched its 2024 strategy to better equip the organisation to tackle compounding challenges and crises. This strategy reinforces Justice Connect’s responsive approach to legal need, and commitment to innovate and use digital strategies in order to help more people and not-for-profit organisations.

He has worked in casework, policy and leadership roles with Tenants Victoria, Victoria Legal Aid, Consumer Action Law Centre, the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission, and Justice Connect.

Through his various roles Chris has seen first-hand the impact of innovative and data-driven legal help, tools and services to connect people and community groups with the help they need and make systemic changes that progress social justice.

Chris currently serves as on the boards of the Australian Pro Bono Centre and the Human Rights Law Centre, and is Chair of the New South Wales Legal Assistance Forum. He previously served on the board of the Federation of Community Legal Centres and Council to Homeless Persons. In 2010, travelled to England, Scotland, the US and Canada as a Churchill Fellow to investigate programs to help high risk tenants keep their homes, and stop homelessness before it starts.

Simon Goodrich

Simon has a strong interest in the legal space, working with the majority of Senior Leadership in Legal Aid Bodies around Australia to help make justice more human-centred and accessible to all. He is a fellow of the Sir Zelman Cowen Centre at Victoria University, a leading justice innovation body, and Senior Honorary Fellow at Melbourne Law School and Melbourne School of Government at The University of Melbourne.

He has led the co-design process across government and for the company over the past 16 years, including extensive work in the digital sector across roles such as the Australian Ambassador for the New York-based International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, dubbed the Oscars for Online, and past National President of AIMIA, the peak digital body in Australia at the time.
