Our IT support services

24/7 support

We provide 24/7 support and clear response times for critical situations. Our help desk is staffed from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and via email at other times. All after hours support is managed through Zendesk or a platform nominated by the client.

Dedicated account managers

Your account manager will be your go-to person and will manage all of your requests, to agreed timelines.


We provide ongoing hosting of applications and websites and have been doing this for more than 13 years.

Cloud environments

We have expertise in standing up, configuring and administering cloud environments for government agencies. We ensure we meet over 99% uptime, ongoing security updates, backups and back-end and configuration changes. We have a fully testable coded infrastructure that supports systems with thousands of concurrent users. We bring experience in configuring and maintaining cloud operational costs.


Using DevOps approaches to automate operational tasks, updates are deployed more frequently than in the traditional release cycle. Depending on the project, it includes infrastructure, monitoring, and automatically scaling environments for staging and production. By setting up a project so that all changes are automatically checked and automatically deployed, we practice continuous integration and continuous deployment (together known as CICD).
